As a means to provide your event with the best available artist options for the dates of your event, we regularly meet with artist agents to discuss routing and pricing. Once a decision has been made, we are then able to submit offers to artists on your behalf with venue specifics included. Once we have confirmed your event entertainment, we also facilitate and monitor the paper trail of contracts/riders/promotional materials to ensure they are executed in a timely manner. As experts at contract and contract rider negotiation, we work on behalf of each event to negotiate the best terms possible in regard to fees and contract rider requests. Prior to the performance date, we advance the show with each artist’s tour manager, confirming contacts for production, the timeline for the day of the show, load in schedule, runners, catering, meet and greet, merchandise, and security.
We supervise all aspects of the show! From move-in through the final encore, our team will work with both artist management and the facility to ensure a smooth set up, sound check, gate opening and show. Our oversight includes, but is not limited to:
The one thing we cannot control is the weather! In the event of inclement weather, we confer with artist management and the facility to determine the safe and proper course of action.

Randy started his career in entertainment while still in high school playing in local and regional bands throughout the Rocky Mountain region. He later went into broadcasting as an on air personality for radio and television.
In 1977, he was hired as an agent by the booking agency that had represented his regional band. In 1986 purchased the Denver-based talent agency, Winterset.
In 1992 Randy became agent for Capitol Records recording artist Chris Ledoux. In 1993 Randy relocated the agency to Nashville, TN and continued to strengthen and develop his rapport with Music City USA. His experience in working as an artist, agent, manager, radio personality and event producer gives him a unique perspective of the industry.
Brende specializes in booking nationally known main stage entertainment and concert management for fairs, festivals and corporate events. She's a forward thinker and workshop leader on topics like creating positive VIP experiences for the fan and how that non sponsorship revenue impacts the venue.
Winterset's successful working relationship with Capital Records recording artist Chris LeDoux prompted the move from Denver to Nashville and the expansion of talent buying services on a national level.
She has shown commitment to the music industry through service as Associate Director, Board Member and convention speaker for Colorado Association of Fairs & Shows, South Dakota Fair & Celebrations, Texas Association of Fairs & Expos, Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs and International Festival Entertainment Association.
For the community, Brende has served as President, Board Member and Voting Delegate, Denver II for the worldwide service organization Zonta International, whose platform is business executives working together to advance the status of women and children.
Tom joined forces with Winterset in 1995. He books headline dates for fairs, festivals, rodeos and special events in the western United States. He previously spent 12 years as President of LCB Productions Inc. and 5 years at Capital International Productions.
His diverse background has provided him vast experience in booking concert headliners as well as a variety of large grounds attractions. He has been awarded “Service Member of the Year” from Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs. His attention to detail and years of onsite experience make him an asset to your event.
